返品と返金

戻り値

If your purchase from Sabagear.com does not meet your entirely satisfaction, you may return it within calendar 30 days of purchase, except for body armor items, which must be returned 7 days prior to the holiday. To initiate return process, the item must be unused in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

返品を開始するには、返品と交換にアクセスしてください。返品の送料は請求されますのでご注意ください。

You may return the item to one of our warehouses by mail.  Please follow steps below:

  1. Email us at service@sabagear.com with your Name, Order Number, and reason for return, product images as attachment. We will quickly get back and arrange the return process for you.

  2. Ship the parcel back to our warehouses: #101 Building 4-1, Road 6, Bantian Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China

  3. Once we receive your returned product(s) and approve that they are in new, unused condition, we will proceed with the refund process, the refund are processed within 1-5 business days.

アイテムを受け取り次第、検査し、返品されたアイテムを受け取ったことを通知します。アイテムを検査した後、すぐに返金の状況をお知らせします。返品が承認されると、クレジットカード（または元のお支払い方法）への返金が開始されます。カード発行会社のポリシーに応じて、3〜5営業日以内にクレジットを受け取ります。

The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase.

運送

返品の送料はお客様のご負担となります。送料は返金不可です。返金を受け取った場合、返品送料は返金から差し引かれます。
