For warranty claims, please email service@sabagear.com with your order number and several pictures. Up-load images of any damage to the product will be required to process your request. Upon approval, you may be subject to a small wait time while your gear is being sent back for repair or replacement. We do not supply loaner gear and always suggest having a backup on hand in case of an emergency. Warranty claims are transferable from the original purchaser so long as they are within the allotted date range.
